How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and data, send an email to the address below from the email associated with your request:

Please include the following so we can locate and verify your data:

• Your Google Play Games nickname.
• Your Player ID (if known).
• The device and approximate date you last played.

We will verify your request before processing it to protect your account against unauthorized deletion.

Upon a verified request, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including:

• Cloud save and gameplay progress (levels, stars, coins, boosters).
• Leaderboard entries (nickname, scores, ranking).
• Achievement and reward claim status.
• Player identifiers linked to your account.

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or legitimate business purposes, including:

• Records required to comply with applicable laws or tax obligations.
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you.
