These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tile Sweet: Triple Match ("the Game", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country and meet the minimum age required by the app store and applicable law to use the Game. If you are a minor, you may use the Game only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

The Game may offer virtual items such as coins, boosters or other in-game content ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to its terms and refund policies. We do not store your payment card details.
Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, to you. We may modify, manage or remove Virtual Items at any time, and your license to a Virtual Item ends if your access to the Game ends.
The Game is supported by advertising. By using the Game, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed. Advertising is handled by third-party partners as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you sign in through Google Play Games Services or use cloud save, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs under it. We are not liable for loss of progress caused by device issues, account deletion or third-party service interruptions.
The Game, including its artwork, characters, audio, code and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Game at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress or profits arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other players or the Game. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
